Creating an Offer

The seven steps of a new offer: what to offer, rules, where and how to show it, and what happens next.

Step 1 of creating a new Smart Offer - 'What to Offer'. Define what you want to offer to your customer i.e. which product and at what price.

2. Offer Description

Step 2 of creating a new Smart Offer - 'Offer Description'. Add offer content of your own choice, make attractive offers the way you want it.

3. Offer Rules

Step 3 of creating a new Smart Offer - 'Offer Rules'. Define cart based rules, user based rules as well as schedule offers. Add one or more targeting rules.

4. Show Offer On

Step 4 of creating a new Smart Offer - 'Show Offer on Page'. This allow you to select pages - cart, checkout, My Account, etc. where you want to show the offer.

5. Show Offer As

Step 5 of creating a new Smart Offer - 'Show Offer As'. Select whether you want to show your offer via inline or as a popup.

6. Accept Actions

Step 5 of creating a new Smart Offer - Actions to take when offer is accepted. Show multiple options - another upsell, apply coupon, instant checkout, etc.

7. Skip Actions

Step 6 of creating a new Smart Offer - Actions to take when offer is skipped. Show multiple options - hide offer, show another offer, instant checkout, etc.
