1. From where I can Download My Purchase(s)?
As soon as your order is complete, you will receive an email notification with a download link. You may also visit our site at any time to download your purchase(s). Go to My Account page and login. After logging in, click the My Downloads tab to find all available products downloads.
2. I Haven’t Received My Receipt Or Login Details?
The e-mail is sent to you the moment your payment is approved. Sometimes there could be delay in email due to network. If you don’t receive an email receipt or login information within a day, please contact us and we’ll check on your payment and account.
3. I Can’t Log Into My Account / I forgot my username or email or password to login to My Account!
Locate your Order Complete e-mail. Along with it, you will have received a welcome email which mentions your username for your account. Use that username or your email (which is used to place order) and login to your account. If you have forgot your password, reset your password by clicking on Lost your password? link.

4. I Can’t Find My Products!
If you can’t find your purchased products on the My Account page, it could be because your license is expired. If your license is not expired, and you still can’t see products, then contact us. If you have another StoreApps account or bought a product on behalf of a client, be prepared to provide that information.
5. How Do I Buy A Product With My Existing Account?
Ensure that you are logged into the correct account before going to the checkout page. If you aren’t logged in, or you’re logged into the wrong account, you can log in or switch accounts on the checkout page.
6. How Do I Delete/Cancel My Account?
You need to contact us to help delete your account.
7. Is it possible to transfer my purchase(s) to another email?
Yes, it is. But, you would need to contact us for that along with all your order details.
