Purchasing / downloading a product / multiple products from our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the products (the “products”) sold by StoreApps / Leap Ventures in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.

1. Plugin Licensing

All our plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license (click here to find out more about the GPL) unless otherwise mentioned.

2. Upgrades / Automatic Upgrades

Upgrades / Automatic Upgrades are available to customers who have purchased a support license in accordance with the license they have purchased. A Single Site license provides automatic upgrades for a single site, A Multi-Site license provides automatic upgrades for up to 5 sites and a Developer license provides automatic upgrades for 25 sites for you or your clients. You may not resell access to your support license key.

Upgrades are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year a new license (or the current license will have to be renewed) will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving upgrades.

3. Delivery

After we have successfully processed your payment, you will receive an email with the download link and support license key. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact us.

4. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of StoreApps / Leap Ventures They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

All iconography, imagery, CSS and branding is licensed under a proprietary license for unlimited personal use (unless otherwise mentioned or falling under GPL) and cannot be redistributed without the express written consent of StoreApps / Leap Ventures.

5. Site Content

All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on StoreApps.org is the property of StoreApps / Leap Ventures Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of StoreApps / Leap Ventures.

You hereby agree to our use of your name, brand logo and other proprietary marks for promotional, informational and advertising purposes. You may revoke your consent by sending a request here.

6. Refund Policy

StoreApps / Leap Ventures offers refunds to customers within 30 days of purchase. If the item(s) is broken, not working properly, or truly missing features from what is being mentioned on the sales page we will offer full refund.

We strongly believe our products will work without issues and if at all there are issues, our support team will help you resolve them.

We take full responsibility of our plugins and will be willing to fix issues if they are caused by our plugin. However, if the issue is caused by a third party plugin, add-ons, themes or snippets they don’t qualify for our support nor refund.

There is a difference between a broken item, and simply receiving an error message or having trouble configuring the product to your desired result.

Error messages are often related to improper setup, hosting, configuration, plugin conflicts, or missing files – which causes the item to not work.

Before you request a refund from StoreApps / Leap Ventures, you must do the following:

  • Read the documentation or check the demo that we provide with products or general tutorials.
  • Confirm that your server meets the specifications laid out in the requirements for the product and WordPress in general [Read more about this here].
  • Switch to default WordPress theme, and disable all other plugins (except what may be required for our product to work) to see if the issue still appears.
  • Open a new support ticket with our support staff if you are still experiencing problems, and provide steps to reproduce the issue. If required, provide access to your setup so our staff can debug the problem.

If you have gone through all the above steps but the issue still persists and our support team feels the issue is unsolvable. you are eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be granted.

BTW, if you miss out on any of the above steps, you won’t be eligible to get a refund.

Adding,

  • The Elite Club Membership is a heavily discounted offer. So there is no refund for it. However, as mentioned, you can cancel your membership at any time.
  • Renewals are not eligible for a refund.

Few more things to keep in mind:

  • If we suspect fraudulent activity, your account may be permanently blocked.
  • Refunds will not be issued if you simply decide not to use the purchased product.
  • Opening a dispute or initiating a chargeback will not speed up your refund request, and we reserve the right to refer any case to the PayPal/Stripe/or other payment processor’s fraud department, which may result in your account being limited.
  • By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease using the product immediately.

In any/every case, we reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary.

If you’ve read the above, and taken the necessary steps, but your product is still broken, malfunctioning, or otherwise non-functional, please open a refund request.

Refund Policy During Seasonal Sales (e.g., BFCM, Independence Day): Purchases made during seasonal sales are treated as separate transactions and do not qualify for refunds on previously purchased versions of the same product. For instance, if you have an active subscription to Product A and decide to repurchase it during BFCM, you cannot cancel the original subscription and request a refund.

7. Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order and deliver a superior customer experience. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. Read more about this here.

8. Support

StoreApps / Leap Ventures offers plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins. We offer no support via email or otherwise for the support of WordPress, WooCommerce, WP e-Commerce or WordPress plugins we do not develop.

Support is provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support.

9. Custom Coding

StoreApps / Leap Ventures undertakes custom coding only on a case-to-case basis. We solely have the power to accept/reject requests based on prior commitments and our timeline. If we agree to accept your request, then the charges will depend upon the requirements. These charges include only the coding, testing before the final code is submitted to you. Once the final code is submitted, future updates, maintenance, bug fixes, etc are not covered in the above charges. Any maintenance/upgrade work to custom code is chargeable.

Before marking the project as complete (final code submission), we will ask you to test and confirm if everything works fine. If some issues, we will investigate and make them work. If all is good, that marks this project as complete.

At the time of code submission, we will make sure the custom code works with your existing configuration. In case after the submission or anytime in your life, if you change the configuration (add/delete plugins, upgrade/downgrade versions/themes) and there is an error, we won’t take responsibility for it nor be held responsible for any form of compensations. This is solely because the plugins and website space are dynamic, if you add/delete a plugin or upgrade/downgrade your website, there might be compatibility issues that may or may not be related to the custom code written from our end. We recommend you to test everything on a test server and only then go about making changes.

10. Nonprofit Discounts

Non Profits, do-gooders, and educational institutes get StoreApps / Leap Ventures plugins for 25% recurring discount. If you are one, submit a request here with proof of your claim and we will send you a discount code! But remember, use StoreApps / Leap Ventures plugins only for that purpose – don’t mix commercial activities.

11. Price Changes

StoreApps / Leap Ventures reserved the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a support license with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change. Notice of price changes will be made on the site.

12. Acceptable Use Policy

All products and services provided by StoreApps / Leap Ventures may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission or storage of any information, data or material in violation of any federal, state or local laws is strictly prohibited. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless StoreApps / Leap Ventures from any claims resulting from Customer’s use of the service which damages Customer or any other parties, including attorney’s fees.

StoreApps / Leap Ventures will not be liable for any interruptions in service or other monetary loss related to enforcement of any of its terms.

13. Warranty

Our plugin is guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress with WooCommerce / WP e-Commerce (or other pre-requisite software with their appropriate versions). We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd party plugins or web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing this plugin.
