User Churn Rate

The percentage of subscribers obtained by dividing the number of customers who discontinue a service to the total number of customers including the new customers that subscribed in that specific time period.

Average Revenue per Paid User (ARPPU)

It is average revenue calculated simply by dividing the total revenue to the total number of customers who paid anything at all for the given period.

Lifetime Value (LTV)

It is the prediction of all the value a business will derive from their entire relationship with a customer.
