I’ve been working with their Smart Manager plugin for a couple of years when suddenly some issues came up.
I contacted them over their support function and got a very thorough answer the very next day. The answer included a whole catalogue with solution options to try one after the other and unlike others it all came in the form of very clear instructions on how to proceed step by step. After 10 minutes with their help, the problem was solved and all working brilliantly again ever since.
I love the plugin and wouldn’t want to do without it.
